The most important works Petar II Petrovic wrote, spiritual and secular ruler, a poet and a philosopher were given its birth here.
Biljarda is former residence of Njegos, built in 1838, designed by Jakov Ozereckovski. It was named after billiards (bilijar) Njegos brought from Vienna – at the time it was the first and only billiards in Montenegro.
